Payment Policy
It is the policy of Oregon Teledermatology that payment is due upon submission of a new consult or video consult request form. We are a fee-for-service practice, that is, we do not accept medical insurance. We send patients an invoice for any rendered medical advice in situations where there is no upfront payment for services. All invoices are due upon receipt. If we do not respond to a submitted consult within 24 hours as advertised, or if the content of the submitted form or quality of pictures do not permit a concise diagnosis and treatment plan, we will immediately send a full refund. We reserve the right to decline any submitted consult and will issue an immediate refund if a payment was made to Oregon Teledermatology. If a new consult is received without payment, Oregon Teledermatology reserves the right to decline a submitted new consult.
